To temporarily turn off your AI Phone, you can either activate an automated hang-up message or redirect calls to a designated number. You have three options to choose from.
1. Forward all incoming calls to another number.
Here, you’ll need to enter the number you’d like calls forwarded to. As soon as you click “save,” your receptionist will start forwarding calls to your specified number.
2. Say a custom message and automatically hang up.
If your business is overwhelmed with calls, this feature lets you automatically hang up on them.
Re-Enabling Your Receptionist
You can easily re-enable your receptionist anytime. This will clear your current disabled settings.
3. Save Your Preferences
Don’t forget to hit that “Save” button. This ensures your receptionist follows the new instructions promptly.
